New art for a gaming logo

A group of guys I play games with online have an "elite" (I use the term with irony) group of pilots who play Tom Clancey's dog fighter game HAWX. I'm working on the logo for that division (that I am a member of, natch).

This is the concept for the Eagle Reaper Squadron.
